WHERE TO EXERCISE?
The answer is “wherever you want”! My program “WORKOUTS EVERYWHERE” does not accidentally have the plank exercise in its logo. Because you can make the plank everywhere, in the gym, at home, on the beach, in the hotel. The “WORKOUTS EVERYWHERE” list contains an exercise book for beginners and advanced practitioners with or without equipment so as to really work out wherever you want!
Whether you have a chair or two dumbbells or a mat or absolutely nothing you will find the workout that suits you.
WHEN SHOULD I EXERCISE?
The answer is “whenever you want”! The “WORKOUTS EVERYWHERE” list will help you to adapt the workout to your program and to your needs.
Each video with the exercise program has different requirements and different time.
In programs that are done with exercise cycles for example you can add or subtract rounds depending on the time you have.
Or in programs that run on a timer you can increase or decrease the time.
Morning, noon, afternoon or evening, all you have to do is follow your biological clock,
your needs and of course ME!
HOW MUCH DO I EXERCISE?
The answer is “as much as you want”! The cliché of training three to four times a week for one hour no longer exists because everyone’s needs have changed.
I will just tell you that something is better than nothing.
With the “WORKOUTS EVERYWHERE” programs you can exercise three to four times a week or “break” your workouts into a shorter duration but being more intense.
Sometimes when your body is tired you have to listen to it and choose a milder exercise.
The pleasant thing for you is that “WORKOUTS EVERYWHERE” is available to set your times.
Even four minutes of exercise, a few stretches or a few exercises for the legs are enough for your day
and this list of exercise programs will cover you in spades.
