Christina Kalopita (BSc, MSc, MSc)
I was born on October 23, 1984 in Pennsylvania, USA. I have been certified in individual and group training by internationally recognized private schools. I have been working professionally in the field of physical fitness since 2010, as well as providing advice on health and exercise. I have a master’s degree from the Medical School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in “Sports and Health” (MSc).
I am also certified in holistic workouts (Pilates and Yoga), using them as complementary supplies to the training needs of my trainees. I have collaborated with many gyms and sports centers in Athens as a group instructor teaching dynamic (resistance exercises and cardiorespiratory endurance) as well as holistic programs (pilates, yoga, stretching & mobility). In addition, I have attended seminars on coaching, nutrition and stress management, thus achieving targeted conference planning for my clients.
In my contact with people of all ages and training levels as well as in the interpretation of the needs of modern everyday life, the background of my studies in both Social Sciences (Sociology, BSc) and Human Resources Management (MSc) has helped me.
Exercise for me is a way of life, a path that shows the way to success. What I teach first of all is that exercise gives YEARS to life and LIFE to years!
