If someone tells you that there are magical ways to have a beautiful and healthy body, they will lie to you. The triptych exercise-diet-sleep is the key to success and that will never change.
But let the personal trainer analyze the strategy you have to follow, which is essentially the adoption of good habits that become a way of life.
EXERCISE
As you go for medical examinations or cosmetic treatments, so you should put exercise in your life, says the personal trainer. Exercise three to four times a week and do resistance training and aerobics. Exercising resistance (with body weight or equipment) will help you in muscle growth which is also required in weight loss and aerobic exercise will strengthen your cardiovascular system and contribute to fat loss. The week has 168 hours and if you take out your sleep and work which is about 100 hours, there are 60 hours left. Do you think you cannot spend 3 to 4 hours per week for your training?
DIET
If you want to help yourself it will be better if you cooked your food. This would save you from unnecessary calories, since you will control the ingredients in cooking. Prefer good sources of animal protein such as lean meat, poultry, fish, seafood, low-fat dairy and eggs, and good sources of vegetable protein found in legumes and nuts. Accompany your meals with salads and vegetables and add fruit to your snacks, as all three are included in the good carbohydrates. Also avoid white flour and eat whole grain bread and spaghetti, as well as brown rice or basmati. With fried foods and sugar you will not benefit either the health or the aesthetic result, so avoid them as much as possible! Try to eat five times a day and do not leave your body fasting for more than four hours. Finally, drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day to detoxify and have expenditure of energy.
SLEEP
Adequate sleep, duration of which varies between people, will help you with weight loss or maintenance weight. If you do not sleep the levels of insulin and blood sugar will increase, as a result of which you will store fat in your body. You will also block the growth hormone, which is responsible for muscle mass and adipose tissue. Finally, inadequate sleep will reduce leptine levels and the next day your appetite for sweets will increase. In other words, in order to get the body of your dreams and to help the normal functioning of your metabolism, you should have…sweet dreams!
